Please find described here below the program of activities to develop during the sixth annual meeting of the CECBL to be held on 23 and 24 September in Bilbao (Spain).
The program is definitive, so the potential attendees can now schedule their trips.
It’s advisable that registrations are made as soon as possible, because it will allow to avoid potential problems of lack of rooms. The entry bookings, will be taken by order of entry, and this order will be respected.

22nd, THURSDAY:
Check in of attendees at the Hotel desk.
- 22:00 Dinner in the Hotel Restaurant. Price € 36,30 per guest (VAT include).
23rd, FRIDAY:
Touristic Tour
- 08:30 Departure from the Hotel to Bodega Berroja – Muxika
- 09:30 Visit to the Bodega Berroja (Txacoli de Bizkaia) taste and pinchos.
- 11:00 Departure to Gernika.
- 11:45 Visit to the Meeting House and the Gernika tree as well as guided visit to the Peace Museum of Gernika.
- 14:15 Lunch at the Castillo de Arteaga Restaurant.
- 17:30 Departure by bus to Bilbao.
- 18:30 Arrival to the hotel and evening free.
The total price of this tour; visits; tasting; lunch in the Arriaga Castle, including bus movements, is € 79,00 per guest (VAT include).
Boat tryp in the Ria of Bilbao and cocktail on board
- 20:30 Departure from the Hotel to the port embarkement in the doublé hull boat Ibai Eder.
- 21:00 Tryp start . During the sailing, it will be served on board a cocktail, that will end with a testing of Ardberg scotch.
- 23:00 Arrival at port and return to the Hotel.
The total price of this activity; sailing journey, cocktail and scotch tasting; € 42,00 per guest. (VAT include).
24th, SATURDAY:
Trading and auction
- 10:00 to 13:30 Trading of miniatures in the Hotel Room “Trueba” specially organized for the event.
- 11:30 to 12:30 Auction of minibottles presented by guests. It will take place in the same tradig room.
- 13:30 to 14:30 Light lunch for Club Members and collectors attending the Meeting. Price € 24,20 per guest (VAT include).
- 14:30 to 17:30 Finishing auction and closing of the trading sesión.
Annual general meeting
- 19:00 to 19:30 Annual general meeting of the Club in the Hotel Room Trueba.
Farewell dinner / cocktail
- 20:30 Departure to the Domine Hotel for the farewell dinner.
- 21:00 Farewell dinner / cocktail. Price; € 52,00 per guest (VAT include).
Note: The accompaniants will have the Saturday morning and afternoon for their own amusement.
25th, SUNDAY:
Retun to the respective guest places.
