Below is the activity programme of CECBL’s 5th Annual Meeting, which will take place on September 25th and 26th in Castelldefels, Barcelona, Spain.
It is the final programme so if you are thinking of attending you can already plan your trip.

Date and location: 25-26 September 2015 in Castelldefels, a town close to Barcelona, Spain.

Hotel room prices:
- Individual room + breakfast: €80.00 per person and day.
- Double room + breakfast (for two people): €44.00 per person and day (€88.00 per room).
Note: There is a tourist tax (€0.99 per person and day) that is not included in the hotel prices.
ACTIVITY PROGRAMME
Thursday 24th:
Arrival of attendees to the hotel (by their own means).
If you are arriving by plane to the El Prat Airport, please note that the hotel has a shuttle service. We advise you to contact the hotel directly and arrange this service based on your arrival time.
From 9.00 pm: Buffet dinner in the hotel restaurant. Price: €25.50 per person.
Friday 25th:
- 09.15 am: Departure by bus from the hotel towards the Torres winery.
- 10.00 am: Guided tour of the Torres winery, which includes a tasting and a gift of two minibottles.
- 11.00 am: Departure towards Vinseum (wine museum).
- 11.15 am: Tour of Vinseum, which includes a tasting.
- 12.15 pm: Departure by bus towards the Mascaró distillery.
- 12.30 pm: Guided tour of the Mascaró distillery, which includes a tasting and a gift of two minibottles.
- 01.45 pm: Departure by bus towards the Cal Pradí restaurant.
- 02:15 pm: Lunch at the Cal Pradí restaurant. Each person will be able to choose an entrée, a main and a dessert amongst several options which will be sent by email after registration.
- 04:30 pm: Departure by bus towards Barcelona.
- 05:00 pm: Free time to visit the cathedral, the Ramblas, the harbour, etc.
- 08:00 pm: Departure by bus from Barcelona towards the hotel.
The total cost of this activity, including the tours and tastings in Torres, Vinseum and Macaró, lunch at the Cal Padrí restaurant and transport by bus is €65.00 per person.
- 09:30 pm: Dinner at the hotel, in the garden near the swimming pool, a space specifically arranged for the attendees. You will have to choose a menu amongst the different options that will be offered after registration. Price: €25.00 per person.
Afterwards we will hold the traditional auction of special pieces.
Saturday 26th:
- From 10.00 am to 1.30 pm: Sale and exchange of minibottles in a meeting room specially arranged for it.
- From 1.30 to 3.00 pm: Cocktail for CECBL members and other collectors in that meeting room or an adjacent one. Price: €25.30 per person.
- From 3.00 to 5.30 pm: End and closing of the session.
- From 6.15 to 7.00 pm: CECBL’s regular general assembly.
- 8.30 pm: Departure by bus (hired by CECBL) towards the Duquesa de Cardona hotel, located in Barcelona’s harbour, where we will hold the closing cocktail.
- 9.00 pm: Closing cocktail of the meeting. Price: €45.00 per person (includes transport by bus from our hotel).
Note: Spouses and friends accompanying the collectors have all Saturday to themselves.
Sunday 27th:
Departure and return of the attendees to their respective homes.
