Below is the programme of activities for the 16th Annual CECBL Meeting, which will be held on 2 and 3 October in Salamanca.
This programme is definitive, so attendees can now plan their trips.

Dates and city of celebration: 2 and 3 October 2026, in Salamanca (Spain).
Place of Meeting: Hotel Alameda Palace (*****), Paseo de La Estación, 1 – 37004 Salamanca.

Note: All prices quoted in this programme are VAT included.
Hotel prices:
- Single room + Breakfast: €90.00 per person per day.
- Double Room + Breakfast: (for two people) €55.00 per person per day, €110.00 per room.
- Triple Room + Breakfast: (for three people) €50.00 per person per day, €150.00 per room.
- Parking space: €17.00 per day, inside the Hotel.
The prices indicated are exclusively for the three nights of the meeting, from Thursday to Friday, from Friday to Saturday, and from Saturday to Sunday. If additional days are desired, they can be reserved, but the reservation and the prices indicated are not guaranteed until the hotel confirms them. The club will forward the hotel’s response to the applicant, who may then confirm or cancel the extended reservation.

THURSDAY, 1
Arrival of participants at the hotel
- 22:00 h: Opening cocktail dinner by the pool at Hotel Alameda Palace.
Price: 34,00 € per person.
FRIDAY, 2
Tourist route
- 09:00 h: Guided walking tour of Salamanca
- 11:00 h: Departure for the town of Toro by bus.
- 12:00 h: Guided tour of Toro (town and Collegiate church).
- 14:00 h: Lunch at the Carpe Diem restaurant.
- 16:30 h: Transfer to the Pagos del Rey Wine Museum.
- 17:00 h: Visit to the Pagos del Rey Wine Museum.
- 18:30 h: Departure for the hotel.
The total price of this activity, which includes: a guided tour of Salamanca, a guided tour of Toro, admission to the Collegiate Church of Toro, lunch at the Carpe Diem restaurant, admission to and a tour of the Pagos del Rey Wine Museum, and all necessary coach transfers, is €75.00 per person.
Dinner at the Oro Viejo Restaurant and miniature auction
- 21:30 h: Dinner at the Oro Viejo restaurant.
- 23:00 h: Miniature auction.
Price of the dinner: €50.00 per person.
SATURDAY, 3
Tradings
- From 08:00 to 09:00 h: Setting up tables for the tradings.

- From 09:30 to 11:30 h: Miniature trading.
- From 11:30 to 12:00 h: Coffee break. at the club’s expense.
- From 12:00 to 14:00 h: Miniature trading.
- 14:00 h: A cocktail lunch for Club members and collectors attending in the trading room.
Price of the cocktail lunch: €35.00 per person.
General Assembly of members, at 16.00 h., in the trading room
Closing reception
- 21:00 h: Cocktail reception at the NH Palacio Castellanos Hotel (Calle San Pablo, 58, Salamanca).
- 23:00 h: End of the cocktail reception and closing of the meeting.
Price of the cocktail: €46.00 per person.

The attendees returned to their respective homes.
