Below is the programme of activities for the 15th Annual CECBL Meeting, which will be held on 26 and 27 September in Jerez de la Frontera.
This programme is definitive, so attendees can now plan their trips.

Hotel prices:
- Single room + Breakfast: €93.00 per person per day (VAT included).
- Double Room + Breakfast: (for two people) €52.50 per person per day, €105.00 per room (VAT included).
- Triple Room + Breakfast: (for three people) €43.75 per person per day, €131.25 per room (VAT included).
- Parking space: Free parking within the hotel grounds.
The prices indicated are exclusively for the three nights of the meeting, from Thursday to Friday, from Friday to Saturday, and from Saturday to Sunday. If additional days are desired, they can be reserved, but the reservation and the prices indicated are not guaranteed until the hotel confirms them. The club will forward the hotel’s response to the applicant, who may then confirm or cancel the extended reservation.

THURSDAY, 25
Arrival of participants at the hotel
- 22:00 h: Opening cocktail dinner by the pool at Hotel Jerez & Spa
Price: €30.00 per person (VAT included). The real price is €45.00, with CECBL covering the difference for each participant.
FRIDAY, 26
Tourist route
- 09:00 h: Departure from Hotel Jerez & Spa by bus.
- 09:30 h: Guided tour of Tonelería Páez Lobato (Jerez).
- 11:15 h: Departure for the Royal School of Equestrian Art.
- 12:00 h: Show at the Royal School of Equestrian Art (Jerez).
- 14:00 h: Departure to Sanlúcar de Barrameda.
- 14:30 h: Lunch at a restaurant in Playa de Bajo de Guía.
- 16:30 h: Transport to Bodegas Barbadillo (Sanlúcar de Barrameda).
- 17:00 h: Visit with tasting at Bodegas Barbadillo.
- 18:30 h: Departure to the hotel.
- 19:00 h: Arrival at the hotel.
The total price of this activity includes: admission and guided tour of Tonelería Páez Lobado, with a complimentary glass of sherry, admission to the show “Como bailan los caballos andaluces” (How Andalusian Horses Dance), lunch at Restaurant Avante Claro in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, guided tour with tasting at Bodegas Barbadillo and all necessary bus transfers, is €115.60 per person (VAT included)..
Dinner at Pedro Nolasco restaurant (González Byass) and miniature auction
- 21:00 h: Departure from Hotel Jerez & Spa by bus.
- 21:30 h: Dinner at Pedro Nolasco Restaurant (González Byass).
- 23:00 h: Miniature auction.
- 00:30 h: Return to the hotel by bus.
Price: €50.00 per person (VAT included). The real price is €69.00, with CECBL covering the difference for each participant.
SATURDAY, 27
Tradings (in a room at the hotel)
- From 08:00 to 09:00 h: Setting up tables for the trades.

- 14:00 h: Cocktail lunch for Club members and collectors attending in the trading room.
Price of cocktail lunch: €45.00 per person (VAT included).
General Assembly of members, at 16:00 h, in the trading room
Closing cocktail
- 21:00 h: Departure from the hotel by bus.
- 21:15 h: Closing cocktail with show at Tabanco Damajuana (c/ Francos, 18, Jerez).
- 23:30 h: End of the cocktail and closing of the meeting.
- 00:00 h: Return to the hotel by bus.

SUNDAY, 28
In a friendly and thoughtful gesture towards those attending the meeting, and since Seville is on the way to Jerez de la Frontera, Rubén Cammarata is happy to open his home to any collector who would like to visit his collection on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. onwards, throughout the day and into the evening.
