The program of activities to be developed during the 12th Annual Meeting of the CECBL that will be held on September 30 and October 1 in Cordoba (Spain) is described below.
This program is definitive, so potential attendees can already program their trips.
It is strongly recommended that the inscriptions are populated and sent as soon as posible, because it will allow us to avoid possible problems of lack of rooms. The order of entry of reservations will be scrupulously respected. Dates and City of celebration: September 30 and October 1, 2022 in Cordoba (Spain).
Place of Meeting: Hotel Hesperia Córdoba (****), located in Avenida Fray Albino, 1, Córdoba.

Hotel prices:
• Double Room for individual use, including buffet breakfast (€ 125,00 per person and night, taxes included).
• Double Room, including buffet breakfast for two people (€ 67,50 per person and night, € 135.00 the room, taxes included).
• Parking: It must be managed when you arrive at the hotel since they do not accept reservations. In the vicinity of the hotel you can park for free on the street.
The prices indicated are exclusively for the three nights of the meeting, from Thursday to Friday, from Friday to Saturday and from Saturday to Sunday. If additional days are desired, they can be booked but the reservation or the indicated prices are not guaranteed as long as the hotel does not confirm it. The club will communicate the Hotel answer to the guest, who will be able to confirm or withdraw this reservation extension.

THURSDAY – 29
Arrival of the participants to the Hotel by their own means. A group dinner has not been planned because in the vicinity there are restaurants and tapas bars that will allow to cover the culinary needs of each one. A list of the best sites will be provided so that participants can choose the one that best suits their tastes.
Tourist visit with the following program:
- 09:00 h: Departure from the hotel by bus to Montilla.
- 10:00 h: Visit to the almazara (oil mill), Molino de Juan Colin.
- 12:00 h: Visit to the Bodega Toro Albalá with tasting of its wines.
- 14:00 h: Lunch in Montilla at La Casona restaurant.
- 16:00 h: Departure to Rute, the land of anise.
- 17:00 h: Visit to the Altamirano Distillery.
- 17:30 h: Visit to the Raza Distillery.
- 18:00 h: Visit to the Machaquito Dsitillery.
- 18:30 h: Visit to the Duende Distillery and the Anise Museum.
- 19:00 h: Departure from Rute towards Córdoba.
- 20:00 h: Arrival at the hotel in Cordoba.
The total price of this activity: visits to the oil mill, the Toro Albalá winery, tasting included, lunch at La Casona, visits to the four anise distilleries and the Anise Museum, as well as the necessary transfers by bus is € 59.00 per person (VAT included).
Dinner in Córdoba and auction of minis.
- 21:00 h: In the restaurant of the historic Bodegas Campos with the following menu:
Appetizers (standing): Salmon snack, Dates croquettes with bacon, Bull bruck, Cheese and quince, Shrimp and basil brick, Black pudding empanadilla. Sandwich Club Polar, Dice of cheese from Caraveruela, Marinade sea bass, Thai prawn stick, York and Peperonni Philopizzas and Foie and Apple snacks.
Next, at the table: 1.-Breadcrumbs and bacon potato purée. 2.-Oloroso sherry sirloin.
Dessert: cream amd walnut cake and cinnamon ice cream.
Drinks: Fine Montilla-Moriles, White Amalia wine, Red wine Bodegas Campos, beer, coffee, soft drinks and water.
The actual cost of this dinner is € 55.00, however the club will cover a part of it, the attendees must pay only € 35,00 per person (inc. VAT).
• 23:00 h: Miniature auction contributed by those attending the meeting. Attendees who wish to put some miniature auction must deliver them to the club’s managers upon arrival at the restaurant.

- From 08:00 h. at 09:00 h: Assembly of tables for trading. (Table price): € 20.00 for members and € 25.00 for non-members, inc. VAT).
- From 09:00 h. at 11:30 h: Minibottle trading.
- From 11:30 h. at 11:45 h: Coffee break.(gratis).
- From 11:45 h. at 14:00 h: Minibottle trading (continuation).
- Form 14:00 h. at 15:00 h: Lunch for Club members and collectors in the trading room (gratis).
- From 15:00 h. at 15:30 h: Wrap up and ending.
- From 16:00 h. at 17:00 h: General meeting of members.
Guided tour of the Mezquita
- From 17:30 h. at 19:30 h: Guided tour of the Mezquita of Córdoba with guides in Spanish, French and English.
- At 21:00 h: Farewell cocktail of the meeting on the terrace of the Hesperia Córdoba Hotel itself.
Cocktail price: € 35.00 per person (VAT included).
- At 23:30 h: • End of the cocktail and return to the hotel by bus (included in the price of the cocktail).
Note: The companions have the morning of Saturday free
