Here, please find described the tour program to Cognac, to be held at the end of the IV Annual Meeting of the CECBL.
It will begin on Sunday, September 28th, leaving from Valencia and returning to Madrid back on Friday, October 3rd.
Members interested in taking this tour, should contact the Club as soon as possible, because it is necessary to know the number of guests to formalize the hotel reservations and vehicle rentals.
The program of the tour is as follows:
09/28/14 (Sunday) – Departure from Valencia early in the morning to Andorra, where we expect to arrive at lunch time or slightly after lunch.
- This night we will be hosted in the Hotel Hesperia, € 68.05 incl. breakfast + parking 15 to 18 €.
- Afternoon free for shopping in Andorra la Vella (the shops are open, including Cava Benito, the mecca for mini collectors).
- Dinner in Andorra.
09/29/14 (Monday) – Departure to Cognac. We estimate that we will reach the Hotel in Cognac at lunch time.
From 09/29/14 to 10/03/14 we will stay in the Hotel Chateau de L’Yeuse, located 4.2 km from the center of Cognac (4 nights).
Price per night including breakfast:
- Single Room; € 88.00
- Double Room; € 125.40
From 09/29/14 to 10/02/14 we will pay several visits to various distilleries and specialty stores throughout the region.
10/03/14 (Friday) – Return to Madrid.
The voyage will be made by road, by renting a 8 seater vehicle.
