Program of activities to be carried out during the XIV Annual Meeting of the CECBL to be held on 27th and 28th September in Segovia.
This program is definitive so the attendees can already plan their trips.
It is advisable that registrations are made as soon as possible because it will allow us to avoid possible problems of lack of rooms. Place of Meeting: Hotel Cándido Segovia (****), Av. Gerardo Diego, s/n, Segovia.

Hotel prices:
- Room for single use + Breakfast: €105,00 per person per day (VAT included).
- Double Room + Breakfast: (for two people) €55,00 per person per day, €110,00 per room (VAT included).
- Triple Room + Breakfast: (for three people) €50,00 per person per day, €150,00 per room (VAT included).
- Parking: Free parking within the hotel grounds. Possibility of covered parking at €10 per day.
The indicated prices are exclusively for the three nights of the meeting, from Thursday to Friday, from Friday to Saturday and from Saturday to Sunday. Additional days can be booked but the reservation and prices are not guaranteed until there is confirmation from the hotel. The club will make the hotel reply extensive to the guest, who will be allowed confirm or adjust the reservation as desired.

THURSDAY, 26
Arrival of participants at the Hotel
- 22:00 h: Inauguration dinner-cocktail party in a room of the Hotel Cándido.
Price of the dinner-cocktail; €46.00 per person (VAT included).
FRIDAY, 27
Tourist tour
- 09:00 h: Departure from the hotel by bus to the Royal Site of La Granja de San Ildefonso.
- 10:00 h: Guided tour of the Royal Site of La Granja de San Ildefonso.
- 12:30 h: Guided tour of the Royal Glass Factory.
- 14:00 h: Lunch at Restaurant La Golondrina, Leña y Sarmiento, in the town of La Granja.
- 16:00 h: Departure to DYC Distilleries, in Palazuelos de Eresma.
- 16:30 h: Visit and tasting at the DYC Distilleries.
- 18:30 h: Departure to the hotel.
- 19:00 h: Arrival at the hotel.
The total price of this activity, which includes: entrance and guided visit to the Royal Site of La Granja de San Ildefonso, entrance and guided visit to the Royal Glass Factory, lunch at La Golondrina Restaurant, the visit and tasting at the DYC Distilleries and the necessary transfers by bus is €78.50 per person (VAT included).
Dinner at Zibá Restaurant and auction of miniatures
- 21:15 h: Departure from the hotel by bus.
- 21:30 h: Dinner at Zibá Restaurant.
- 23:00 h: Auction of miniatures.
- 00:30 h: Return to the hotel by bus.
Price: €50.00 per person (VAT included). The real price is €69.30, with the CECBL paying the difference for each attendee.
SATURDAY, 28
Tradings on the DYC Distillery premises
- From 08:30 h. to 09:30 h: Assembly of tables for trading. (Price of the table: free for members and €25.00 for non-members, VAT included. There is the possibility of hiring only half a table).
- From 10:00 h. to 12:00 h: Trade of miniatures.
- From 12:00 h. to 12:30 h: Coffee break. (at the club’s expense).
- From 12:30 h. to 14:30 h: Trade of miniatures.
- 14:30 h: Lunch for Club members and attending collectors in the exchange room.
Price of the lunch: €35.00 per person (VAT included).
General Assembly of members, at 16:00h, at the DYC Distillery premises
Closing cocktail
- 21:15 h: Departure from the hotel by bus.
- 21:30 h: Closing cocktail party at El Claustro Restaurant (Hotel San Antonio El
Real). - 23:00 h: Awards ceremony for the Annual Pastime Contest.
- 23:30 h: End of the cocktail party and closing of the Meeting.
- 24:00 h: Return to the hotel by bus.
